Never mind the illegal stuff (you're just going to get viruses), the closest you're going to get for free is Gimp

Nowhere without it being illegal. Go to Adobe's website and download the free trial for a month. If you need Photoshop that badly, suck it up and pay for it like I did. It's also much safer to just pay for it like everyone else. If you're a student go to www.journeyed.com and you can buy it at a discounted student price, or get the whole CS5 collection for only $300.
