Bank cash back cards?
I though they passed a law saying that banks could not offer things like this anymore? But Chase has all kinds of promotional offers.

I don't recall anything in that package of new laws that could even be misconstrued as stopping banks from offering rewards, inclulding cash back, on credit cards.
Unless you refer to the change that keeps credit cards from setting up booths and handing out Tshirts to college kids who sign up. The college kids have to have proof of actual income to qualify now ..... before they can get the free Tshirt.
