Help! What movie is this?!?

This one might be kind of tough because I was super little and VERY vaguely remember anything but it's killing me and I have to know! Haha! Anyway...it was a cartoon and I loved it when I was like 4 or 5..and the main character is a little girl with pigtails and she has on some pink short overalls I think..? And she might have been asian? I'm sorry guys, I know this is totally vague but if you know what I'm talking about I'd love for you to help me!!! Thanks!!

Sorry! Haha! I'm 19 now but I'm sure the movie was old when I watched it. No...she's a cartoon so it isn't Matilda. She had like a group of friends she hung out with. I'm really sorry the details are so fuzzy since I was so little but I really want to know! Haha!
