Should I buy The Sims Medieval?

I've always enjoyed playing the sims 2 and I am currently contemplating buying the sims medieval.

Is it any good? Do you get to customize your sims and buildings like in The Sims 2 or Sims 3? Do you control the sims' needs or is it more like SimCity? Apart from being in a different time setting than the sims 2/3, what are the main/big differences?

Personally I think it sounds like a fun game... What do you think?

Cheers!

Its pretty good. Its just like the Sims 3, but with an RPG feel to it. You make sims for specific jobs, like the Monarch (King/Queen) and you use quest points to buy a quest. Once you complete the quest you get another type of points (forget the name, been awhile since I played) which allows you to expand your kingdom by adding new buildings and new jobs.
