We have a Brother Inkjet Wireless printer, and the black won't print.?
We replaced the black cartridge, but it still won't print. We have cleaned the connection between the cartridge and the printer with rubbing alcohol, still no joy. The printer is only about 12 months old. Anyone have any ideas as to getting the thing going, so we don 't have to buy a new printer ????

I'm in the same situation. I've been messing with it all day. It's literally 10 months old. I lead to believe that the printer head is damaged. Not sure how it could have happened so soon, but i've tried running the cleaning process numerous times and to no evail still no black only color. I feel your frustrations, and if you find a solution, please let me know.
