Is it possible for a 17 year old high-school student to eat these for breakfast :

Potato 250 gr

Pork 175 gr

Egg 150 gr

Cauliflower 90 gr

Carrot 55 gr

Apple 60 gr

Milk 200 ml

    Sure, it's possible. The teenager must have a hefty appetite or plans on that sustaining them for the whole day until dinner!

    quite possible,yes...

    as they have high metabolism,

    they reqire more energy to

    boost up their energy level...

    also,this menu is rich in

    carbohydrate,protein,

    fibre,vitamin A,

    and minerals..

    so,this breakfast list is

    good enough for them

    to perform well at school...
