I'm going to say male. I don't see an adam's apple, although it's hard to tell. Plus no boobs and I don't think a binder or duct tape can get one that flat. But I may be wrong.

I'd say that's a boy.

Looks like a girl to me. Not in a girly way and not because of the outfit.

But the chin and the mouth, just doesn't look male like.
