Commpression fractures of the spine? Old ones are now playing up in my 65th year.?

Massage? Girdle? Pain relief? Walker(be damned)! Massage sounds good but "Massage parlours" in my day were not nice.

Try and inversion table and calcium supplements if your not already, use the table just before bed to stretch the spine just before you go to bed that way the force of gravity from standing up won't compress you back for about 8 hours or however long you sleep. it's also good to do just before heading out for the day.
