Where should I get it?

I've decided I'm getting "Vous êtes belle" by this summer (personal reasons I don't feel comfortable sharing on here but you guys understand :)) Any of you tattoo aficionados or artists know the best location to get it? I'm thinking either the back of my neck or the back of my shoulder would be best (since I'm studying to go into the medical field and don't want it to interfere professionally) but other location opinions are accepted :) Just not on my ribs because of medical reasons. Thanks in advance guys! :)

Oh also! Where can I find tattoo test paper at a store? I'd like to test out the different locations and how the tattoo looks there. Thanks again!
