Hahaha!!! You're waiting for someone to say kill all the sharks, aren't you?

People should realize when they're going to the beach and they get in the water, they're entering a very large predator's lair. So... they shouldn't b*tch and moan and blame the fish when they're attacked.

In the last week, millions of Australians went for a swim in the sea. Surfers abounded on many beaches. Of all those people in the water, one was attacked by a shark and, of course, it made the news. You are far more likely to be struck by lightning than bitten by a shark. And to put that in perspective, worldwide, more people are kicked to death by donkeys than are killed by lightning.

Nothing needs to be done about the very very rare shark attacks.

Along with stone, mud and animal parts, wood was one of the first materials worked by early humans. Microwear analysis of the Mousterian stone tools used by the Neanderthals show that many were used to work wood. The development of civilization was closely tied to the development of increasingly greater degrees of skill in working these materials.

Sharks attack people in the water because they misidentify them as seals or sea lions. So...

Do not wear your sea lion suit while surfing.

Body bits in water don't make a solution; it's more of a suspension, or at best a sort of colloid.
