I have acquired a lapel pin from a good friend, and it has kept me intrigued since it was given to me. ive tried searching all over the internet and for nothing... 

DESCRIPTION:
rectangle design with wheat branches on either side.
Its surrounded in blue trim.the inside from top to bottom a red star above a Clarified "D" below that it reads : Год ocнoвaния
I would love is someone could help me... provide links if you can im interested in seeing things it has seen!!!

D - means Sport club Dinamo

I don';t know about the context of Soviet history this refers to, but that's the basic translation. Hope that helps.
