Freeware MP3 Resampler?
Can anyone suggest me a good freeware MP3 resampler this is what I want to do
I have some MP3 which are on lower bitrate want to pump them up so that they are more audible. (I hope I am correct in saying that I have to resample them)

Audacity is free, and has a bitrate resampler. (Under the tracks tab not filters.)
'More audible' makes it sound like it's not loud enough? There's an amplifier filter.
And fifty other filters too. :)
