Which is the best gadget to mount the Iphone 4 on a bicycle?

Keep dropping the phone when riding and trying to follow directions on the phone.. want something to mount on the bike which allows the iphone to be used, viewed handsfree.  Many thanks..

Diddling with you phone while riding makes you a hazard to yourself and others, handsfree or otherwise.    Pull off to the side out of traffic.  Do  what you need to do with your phone.  Get back on and ride.
