Chinese Falafel strings recipe?
I'm trying to figure out the recipe for a Chinese Falafel, circa 1980s UC Berkeley food cart, yellow in Sproul Plaza.
If you went there during that time, it was one of several food carts. The falafel had fried tofu, cheese, veggies, and peanut butter/french dressing sauce. But I can't figure out the falafel "balls". It was fried, but it more like strings. It had a smooth outside and I am guessing it was made by squirting a bottle into some hot peanut oil to create the strings. It was more crispy than dense, but it had the flavor of falafel. I know they must have used some type of mix of cooking technique, but I can't figure it out.

I would say yes, except I don't know what the phuckk a falafel is. P.S. Here's a little grammar tip: Capitalize "atheist" or "atheism" only if it is the first letter in a sentence. Example: Atheism's falafel recipe confirms the truth of evolution, but this atheistic notion is way above Felicia Green's feeble brain to grasp.
