Mother's Milk Tea is good if you are breastfeeding an older baby and don't need that much of an increase. If you are nursing one younger you might want to try something from http://www.favorsandflavors.net/ to get more of an increase. I'm currently using Breastea and I'm very happy with the increase.

You can get it at whole foods, or in the organic/natural section at Kroger. My wife used it while she was nursing, and said it made a noticable difference. She drank one cup in the afternoon, and another before bed.
