How to make rounded cuts in granite tile?
I want to make a curved cut in 3/8" granite tile to match the curve of the sink. I saw a demonstration doing something similar with thin, ceramic tile. Will that same tool work with the thicker granite tiles? Also, do you install the sink on the cement board, then tile around it to get it at an even height with the top of the tile?

a tile in sink designed specifically for this is set so the tile goes on top like an under mount sink.
the granite edges will need special diamond tip cutters and the special diamond grinding pads of different grits to polish the cut edge
this is typically not what I would call a DIY project due to the expense of the specialty tools
