Help with bifolding doors?

Since the day I moved into this condo the bifolding doors have never worked properly. One door sags, so it doesn't line up with the other. Also, because of the angle it requires a bit more force to completely close the doors. I have tried adjusting both the top & bottom hinges, even the one on the other side, but nothing seems to work. Does this mean they are just worn out?

It's likely your door frames are not square. You should check those before buying new doors. It's difficult to get bifolds to line up properly anyway--a door frame that is a bit out of line can make them almost impossible to align properly. You can shim the hinges a little if this is the problem--just make sure the doors are plumb, level and square in the first place.

sounds like you need to scrap the old ones and start all over with new doors
