Im trying to help out a friend of mine whose fallen on hard times...PLEASE HELP?
i have a friend whose seeking employment.
he has fallen on hard times and im trying to get him a job busing tables at a restaurant set up where i work.
he has no priors or felonies.
he is willing to work when ever needed.
and he can start as soon as they need him.
he has the clothes required for the job.
and a positive attitude.
how would i go about asking my boss without coming across as me trying to get one of my "buddies" a job.
He is a good kid, new in town and a cousin to a good friend of mine.
im willing to stick my neck out for him.
i just need to make sure to cover all my bases.

just tell him to fill out an application and to write your name on it.
tell your boss your friend needs a job.
don't worry about what would happen if he is a bad worker. you won't get in trouble.
