Question about my infected cartilage piercing?

it is infected for the second time, and there is a pea sized bump on the back of the piercing and it looks puss filled. the first time it was infected i went to the doctor and had it drained. it was fine for a few weeks and now it is infected again. i don't have the money to have it drained again, will it eventually go away if i continue to clean it with antimicrobial soap and soak it with sea salt and water?

If you haven't tried salt water, I would. Also, you might be allergic to whatever type of piercing you used. Another reason is that your ear is rejecting the piercing. Happens a lot to people when they get their belly button or nose pierced.
