Is the Devil's Slide Tunnel finished yet?

If not, anyone know when? Also, will it be 'optional' or will they close that part of the coast road?

    I think you can still use 92 to get to HMB but havent been down that way for a year, dont know. I will try to find out. I have seen the end of the tunnel at Hwy 1 being bored but dont know if you can use it yet.

    It got delayed again, maybe another 4-6 months
