Nervous all the time?

I can't get close to people, I can't seem to hold conversations with anyone other than friends and family. Im nervous talking to people (specially guys), the sport I play makes me nervous, im in university and my lack of concentration is making me fail. (and no quitting the sport will not help). I snap at people lately, and find almost everyone irritating.

The best thing you can do for yourself is going to see your doctor and explaining the situation to him/her about what is going on, what you have partly explained does point towards anxiety issues but there could be other factors present as well.

Speak to your GP, there are a variety of questions s/he will get you to answer after speaking with them it would also possibly help to speak to a psychologist they are trained professionals who can help you move forward.

As hard as it is to actually speak to your doctor about it, it does help and it can get better last year I was at the stage where I was refusing to go out anywhere given circumstances going on in my life after a rather long consultation with my GP he recommended that I speak to a psychologist who then helped me move forward to where I am at now.

Could be anxiety, depression, or just being insecure.
