Hi there, Ibrahaim. Unfortunately we are only able to help Yahoo! Mail account owners with their own email accounts. Please contact your associate using an alternate method and ask him to contact Yahoo! Customer Care for help reinstating their account. We are not able to help you on their behalf, he must take this action for himself. For help with his Gmail account, please have him contact Google support.
