What are your thoughts on this quote?

"Morality is simply the attitude we adopt toward people we personally dislike." Oscar Wilde

Update:

Scooter - Do I detect a bit of Martin Short?

Update 2:

Catalina - I guess there's that gray area between morality and judgement. I think this quote addresses intent.

Update 3:

I think Oscar Wilde is bringing morality and judgementalism quite together. Sure, on the surface, it's sarcastic and witty, but we wouldn't grin so if there wasn't a grain of truth here.

While it's very good, I think I would have said "Tact" in place of "Morality." But when you've waited tables, tended bar, or handled the aircraft of high end customers, tact becomes second nature and morality doesn't have very much to do with it.

Well morality is how we are in life... being judgmental is treating people different because of a thing we don't like about them

I think he's mixing up morality with being judgmental. Morality deals more with values.

I disagree, it doesn't matter if we like them or not if their maorals are on the table to be examined.
