Apart from running, what else can I do to get rid of the fat in my inner thighs?

Answers with detail please. Like what can i do apart from running to lose fat in my thighs, inner thighs preferably and how long i have to do it for and until when can i see appropriate results.

I want to know if there is a way without having to run and be able to do it easily in my own room without any equipment.

    Cycling. It will be best apart from running. If you are doing running and cycling together, you will see results at 1 week. If you will do only cycling, then at 3 weeks
