If I speed walk 5km on my treadmill will I lose fat all over my body?

5km every day and if I do will it slim down my thighs or just give me more muscle?

    nope wont give u any muscle... just will burn calories

    an burn fat. u need 30 -40 mins of it.. an try an do some running

    1 pound of fat = 3500 calories That's 500 calories in 7 days. So burn 250 calories by exercising. And cut back 250 calories on eating.
