Where will I lose fat if I cycle for 1 hour a day?

Where will I lose fat on my body? Can I lose fat in my thighs, stomach and back? And how long before I see results if I do it for 1 hour a day? Will I be only able to lose fat and not gain muscle? (Which is a good thing,I don't want more muscle)

I think first you should take a measurement of your whole body & according to your measurement you should plan exercise program and also plan your diet. You should do your daily exercise like jogging, cycling, skipping & yoga, etc.

Everywhere. You cannot target fat loss (unfortunately). It is an overall thing. And you will probably gain muscle, particularly in your legs and abs. But there is not really an exercise that will only make you lose weight. You will not gain much muscle if you do not go hard. Try interval training, you will not gain as much muscle but will burn more fat.

You will build muscle which will help you burn fat. If you burn more calories than you take in you will lose weight. Sure you can eat junk food everyday and cycle and lose the weight but you will be cycle for hours and hours. Monitor your caloric intake.

Yes. Also, walking, running, jogging, and yoga help as well.
