How much calories would i have to lose a day if i want to lose fat all over my body?

I'm taking around 1200 calories a day. How long until I see results

    Try entering your stats (height, weight, calories eating per day, how active you are, etc.) into this calculator. It will tell you how much weight you'll lose after different amounts of time. It's super helpful!

    I dont think what youre asking is possible.

    You would have to burn 3500 calories to burn an equivalent of 1lb of fat.

    That means running an equivalent of 35 miles= not possible for the average human being
