Does anger management really work?

You know like when you have a really bad day and want to take it out on someone, take it out on someone you dont know. I was sitting at my desk bored out of my mind. I just dialed a random # and a woman answered" hello"

I replied" Hi, this is cheryl, and ur an asshole" i hung up, feeling better

the next day while i was looking for parking at Walmart, A woman parked in the spot, i'd been waiting for. I became a bit frustrated, I noticed the car(BMW) had a sign on it that said for sale and the number. I recorded the number and called her later that day

" Hi. Who is this?" she said

"Hello, my name is cheryl, I wanted to know a bit about the blue BMW you want to sell" I replied.

"Nice to meet you,Cheryl, im Rebecca" she said and kept telling me in detail about the car

"Wheres the car I asked?"

"Its at 821 Creekside dr. Waterloo, in Ontario". she said

"your a b****!" I said, breaking her off and she was like what before I hung up.

The next day, my husband and i had a small argument and that left me a bit angry, so I called the woman Id called before and even before she could say hello, I shouted" B****!!!" into the phone and slammed it.

I also called the other one and called her a b**** too

I called the first one again

"Hey " i said casually " come get b****, im at 821 creekside dr. Waterloo, Ontario"

I called the second " I coming to get you, b****!"

I went to 821 Creekside dr. and saw a blue BMW coming throught the bushes. It parked near the curb and the b**** got out with a metal rod and the other came in from the house with a steel baseball bat. I saw them fight and filmed it. Everytime my husband goes to work I watch it, so my question is should i take anger management classes or keep this up because it doesnt cost money? thanks in advance!
