Creamy carrot sauce recipe?

Fresh 'n Easy makes their own frozen dinners. They have a butternut ravioli with creamy carrot sauce that's excellent. The sauce is what I'm trying to find a reasonably close recipe for. Yes, I've googled, but wondering if anyone has a creamy carrot sauce recipe they want to share, especially if they've tasted the dinner I like so much. This is NOT carrots with sauce on it anymore than tomato soup is soup poured over tomatoes.

While we are on the subject, a carrot almond soup recipe is also of interest. Think it's Pacific or Imagine that makes one that is amazing, but the price is astronomical, so I'd be happy to give it a go myself, but if someone has an excellent recipe, that's appreciated. Have googled that as well so seen some of what is out there. Again this is completely creamy, no chunks of any sort whatsoever and this is not soup with "garnish" of carrots and almonds.

I often use an adapted home-made carrot soup as a sauce ( just less liquid)- sweat onion, garlic, fresh ginger root, and cubed carrot ( added cubed sweet potato or butternut squash makes it smoother and thicker), add fresh red chilli ( and roasted red peppers and /or tomatoes for a stronger colour and sweeter taste), orange zest, saffron dissolved in a little hot water, then veg stock or water and simmer, blend and then sieve for a velvety texture. You can then add seasoning, orange juice, coriander leaf or other soft herbs like dill or chives to taste, and creme fraiche or thick yoghurt/labneh if you want more creaminess.

Carrot soup with added ground almonds or almond milk is lovely and very healthy, nice with added roasted whole curry spices such as cardamon and cumin or your favourite curry powder/paste. Or just juice or grate the carrots, whole blanched almonds and other veg, simmer with flavourings, blend and sieve.

I like to saute mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, (or whatever vegetables you like) with rosemary, thyme, garlic powder and paprika in olive oil. Then I put the cooked pasta in the saute pan and coat the noodles with the oil and vegetables. then i put grilled chicken, steak or pork on top. Its really simple and you can change it around to make it what you are in the mood for. You can also add lemon, pineapple or orange juice to add a little more flavor. I have also added a little chicken or beef stock.
