why wont the yahoo group homepage show the management page so I can change settings,etc?

You need to add a better description of what page you see after you click management. What exactly do you mean by a listed page? Maybe go click members tab and see if you're listed as owner or moderator. Generally, when you click management, it takes you to a page which on the left it has Group Activity, the right it has Group Settings. Group Settings is where you'd click one of the four options, depending on what you wanted to do.

With the ID you've posted with here, you own too many groups for me to even begin investigating. Thus, I'd suggest making sure you are logged in as the group owner when trying to view the management page.
