Blue & gold macaws: average life expectancy of hand-raised baby in captivity?

Question

Looking for an avian vet, vet tech to an avian vet, or parrot breeder or such to comment on what seems to be the typical lfiespan of a blue and gold macaw that was caught very young, hand-raised, and been well-cared for for decades. Also is there a top three or so "things" that the birds tend to die of (like cancer or kidney failure or something)?
NOT interested in guesses, Google answers (anything from 20-80 years is given depending on where you look. That's not useful.)

Well to tell you the truth, Blue & Gold Macaws are living things, and you are asking people to tell you something that only God knows ... which is how much time a living thing has. 

Kept in the right conditions, they can live for up to 80 years. But if you get a macaw, and he dies of heart failure, from a leaky valve in two years ... that is not something that can be controlled.
