What is there a need for a private attorney/lawyer in system of law?
If the judicial system is controlled by the government, why is there a need for private attorneys. Why should not lawyers on both sides be appointed randomly by the government ?

Which system court? Civil or Criminal? Because 97% of law is not done in a courtroom. That is the simplest answer.
