I cant remember the name of this sega game? fighting game?

I want to find this game but I don't remember what its called. All I remember is that one of the characters you can pick is a black guy on skates and there's a part of the game where you go into this bar and you fight all the guys in there, then you go through the backdoor to the back of the bar and that's where you fight the boss I think. That's really all I remember from years ago, its a fighting game, that much I know for sure. Help? Thanks!
