Please suggest a good mobile....as of today 15th June 2013?

Varied budget between 10K and upto 25K

Options - 1. XOLO Q800, 2. Karbonn Titanium S5, 3. Micromax Canvas2, 4. Samsung SGrand, 5. Samsung S-Duos, 6. Samsung S2+, 7. LG nexus 4 8. Sony Xperia SP

(may even samsung s3 price comes down to 25k)

Consider any HTC and Sony or even Nokia if that missed....

::::CRITERIA::::

1. Weight

2. Cost

3. SAR ( cancer rating) -- GENERALLY VERY HIGH FOR SONY, HTC ( I would prefer not to risk myself)

4. Dual-sim

5. Screen size is not an issue - possibly any phone 3.0 in and over will do....I would prefer a smaller phone but they dont build those with good screens these days...

Possible one with dual core and 1 Gig ram would be sufficient for my req

1. Calling

2. Video Chat-skype/google

3. Whatsapp

4. Occasional Gaming

5. Very Limited Browsing

It is hard to choose between a varied range....

1. Unable to decide why not XOLO Q800....it is cheap, has good reviews, good config

2. Why not to go for a Samsung Grand.....good brand....decent screen size

3. Possibly finding good about sony.....is it worth it.....has very high SAR....but phones are very robust...

4. Why not a Nokia.....Windows phones

5. Even LG Nexus 4.....very good config....Google supported....can even format and put Ubuntu Operating System when it is released next year.....has 2 Gigs of RAM....

MAIN POINT....IT IS FOR GIFTING FOR SOMEBODY WHOSE IS NOT YET VERY TECH FRIENDLY...

BUT THEY WILL SOON BE...ONCE THEY HAVE SOME EXPOSURE....
