Why are Virgin Media such liars?

Because that's the world of business they lie to get customers, if they promoted there offer with the actual full price they'd never have customers & would have to close down. All companies do it & especially companies competing with internet, TV & phone deals they compete with the each other to advertise the lowest price & add additional prices into the disclaimer, small print or terms & conditions bit which lets be honest who really reads that? They'll also cleverly word it for example to interest customers they'll say 87% customer satisfaction rate with our company compared to sky where only 165 customers were satisfied. You see..... they use stats, but place them with different figures for all you know 165 customers could mean 99% of customers but you'd never know that because of the way they promote their brand. Btw they were stats I plucked out of my head & are not real just wanted to show how they deceive people. But yeah like I say they lie to get your money basically

I do not know how they make any money as they spend so much advertising. Ever since the cable was laid in the early 1980's I have had two letters a week from first Midland Cable Communication then it was taken over by Telewest then by Virgin. A recent news report said Mr Branson had sold the company but it keeps the Virgin name so presumably Virgin continues to receive royalties for the name. I do not have cable and only use Freeview.

Bellends mate, Virgin Media are a ruthless company. Sky are even worse - so glad I binned them a year ago.
