Is a Nokia Lumina 520 Android?
My bank tells me their App is only available on android. What does this mean? I'm a non tech oldie.

No Nokia runs Android. Android is an operating system by Google for other phones, usually by Samsung, HTC, Motorola, etc.

The Nokia Lumia 520 is a Windows Phone - not an Android phone.
Sometimes, you are able to use a website instead of an app, in which case the Nokia Lumia 520 may still be a valid option.
