how to keep myself fit? 10 points best answer?

i was wondering what the best ways to excersize are, and how often I should do each of these workouts to stay fit, and any other tips would be helpful, thaaaaaaaaaanks!

workout 1- 3 mile run, in 25 minutes

workout 2- 30 minutes on the crosstrainer, 20 minutes insanity and 30 minutes ab workouts

im a girl by the way. 15 years old, 5'5 and 107 pounds

    If you anjoy running and going on the cross trainer it's good to alternate those two. How often depends on goal, but I think three times a week if you just want to stay in shape. I'm no expert though so I don't know...

    Best way to exercise is to do something you enjoy! I don't like running much, but I practice orientation instead. That way I do the running part without noticing, because I only think of the map and how to be as quick as possible.

    I also do bouldering (a form of climbing on lower walls/boulders so you don't need all the expensive safety equipment), and that makes me stronger without needing to go to the gym and do all those boring exercises :P

    Dancing I think is a good way to exercise aswell. Fun and you get really tired!

    Do fun things that dont feel like intense fitness such as swimming or zumba or some running in nice scenery when you listen to music.
