All those people working for the USA government, do they hold on Trust that they will be paid?

I don't live in the USA, I am Scottish

But I would hope, that people get the money they are due

But how long will they have to wait..... will the Bank and other debtors also wait for people to get the money

Or could some people risk homelessness, because the Government factions are too busy bickering instead of looking after the People as they are allegedly being paid to.
