Why is the knock sensor code still coming up on my 2004 pontiac grand prix?

I have a 2004 Pontiac grand prix and I have changed both knock sensors on it? The same code for the knock sensor keeps coming up and it still has trouble starting. Sometimes I have to hit the gas to get it to start. And sometimes it acts like something is draining the battery when trying to start it and it makes this I want to say clicking noise like its the starter. Keep in mind I changed the senor next to the starter and the one behind the engine block. Can someone please help?

Maybe junky parts?? Could be the connector or the wires from it to the PCM. Could be the hole you screwed it in is all rusted or your ground cable is bad somewhere.

That wouldn't have anything to do with the starter or drain battery though. Just need to do a parasitic drain test on the vehicle.
