Question about LED recessed lights not turning on properly - Please Help!?

I just installed 5 LED recessed lights on one circuit/switch in my kitchen. When I flip the switch to turn them on, they turn on one at a time (randomly) over a 3-5 second time period.

I've also installed lights all over the rest of my home that have no issues/problems.

As far as I know of how electricity works the lights should all come on simultaneously ... does anyone have any idea of what might be happening or what I can do to fix??

I tried replacing one of the bulbs, but it didn't seem to make a difference.

PLEASE HELP!!

Update:

I also tried googling, but I can't seem to figure out what to google for to even get close to my issue.

Update 2:

Again, all other rooms are LED's also on the same dimmer and all work fine.

The kitchen lighting problem? since other rooms are fine, I think the way works, and the problem may be on the kitchen recessed lights or swich, check over your kitchen circuit, change your recessed lights for a try:

If that's still now working, try some other lights for your kitchen, like under cabinet lights or spotlight.

Good luck and happy new year to you!

All the LEDs I have (my entire house is fitted with them) have a turn on time as the circuit converts the 120VAC to the small DC voltage the LED uses. They don't all have the same response time do to quirks of circuitry. Therefore when you have several on one circuit you may see random turn on sequences when you flip the switch. I have my living room LEDs on a three way dimmer and they're even more random and slower than the kitchen which are not dimmed. It's not a big thing and really nothing to worry about.
