How does the organelles in an organism help it survive?

I'm currently doing a presentation at school for Biology and we have to write about how organelles help the organisms survive. We're learning about unicellular cells/ eukaryotic cells and the four organisms that I'm doing the presentation on is amoeba, paramecium, euglena and bacteria.

Thanks :)

These are simple micro organisms. They all will have a nucleus which performs metabolic operations. Structurally, you will talk about the celia which allows for movement. The protoplasm has a simple function of holding the organelles in place. When you search the web there are many sites that list everything.
