What does it mean by recapture home credit?
I received a letter stating, " congratulations, you have paid your last payment. However, it talks about recapture home credit. What does that mean?

They are trying to get you to take out another equity loan or mortgage to "recapture" the credit that is available from home ownership.
It is a trap to try to get you back into debt.
