GTA V Online dunce cap server?

I just started GTA V after playing the story mode. I log in and I'm in the dunce cap server, says I'm labels a cheater and have 8 days left. Why was I labeled a cheater? I used some cheats in the offline play, but I have never played online till now. Why did it put me in cheater server?

    I believe it's because you used a cheat on the offline mode. Thing is your games are connected to the net either way. When it saves your winnings your achievements. That might be why but yep I'd check the rockstar site for legit answers. This is just my opinion from personal experiences from friends playing it. .
