Who's Fault was it?

One shall not work on the Sabbath Exodus 31:21-15. And Proof of working on the Sabbath is death is Exodus 15:32 when Moses asks God what to do with a person who worked on the Sabbath (Kill 'em). Later in the New Testament, Jesus is condemned to death by breaking the Sabbath in John 5:18. God gets angry at the ones who brought Jesus to the cross in Matthew 27:51. Who's fault is it? Is it Jesus's fault for working in the Sabbath and having to clear up God's unclear law? Is it God's fault for not making it clear that the Sabbath was made for Man to maintain faith toward God earlier? Is it the Romans' (or the people who condemned him) fault for obeying God's law that wasn't clear in the first place?

To answer your first question, whose fault is it, you need to go look in a mirror.

"One shall not work on the Sabbath Exodus 31:21-15"

An Israelite who was a legal party to that old covenant, was not to do "any" work on the sabbath.

"Is it God's fault for not making it clear that the Sabbath was made for Man to maintain faith toward God earlier?"

Another false assumption on your part. Nowhere does it say the sabbath is there in order to maintain faith towards God. Abraham did not keep or have the sabbath, and He is the father of the faithful. The children of Israel could not enter into God's rest (Heb. 4) due to their unbelief / faithlessness, even though they had that weekly sabbath.

The "fault" lies with mankind and his heart of stone, resulting in faithlessness, hatred, and among so many other things, the tendency to interpret things incorrectly due to the bias of that heart of stone, such as Scripture.

But you contradict yourself. You admit that there are TWO ways of working !!!

Even the Gnostics weren't as god-awful stupid as you are....

Luke 6:4, variant reading from Codex D: On the Sabbath Jesus saw a man working, and he said to him, "Man! If you know what you are doing, you are blessed! But if you don't know what you are doing, you are a law-breaker and cursed!"

    your premise is false

jesus was not condemned to death for breaking the sabbath law

they wanted to stone jesus to death there on the spot for claiming god was his father thus making hm self equal with god

Who's fault is it? what fault are you talking about your not making any sense

Is it Jesus's fault for working in the Sabbath and having to clear up God's unclear law?

god's law was never unclear about working on the sabbath

Is it God's fault for not making it clear that the Sabbath was made for Man to maintain faith toward God earlier? no it was not god's fault

Is it the Romans' (or the people who condemned him) fault for obeying God's law that wasn't clear in the first place?

the romans had nothing to do with jewish laws on the sabbath

the charge given to the romans was jesus was claiming to be a king over caesar

It was the Jewish religious authorities who had perverted God's law. They added their own legalism to scripture, and turned the Sabbath into a restriction rather than a blessing. The Sabbath was not meant to keep people from bringing glory to God, it was meant to allow them rest from their own labors. People would trust that God would provide for them even though they lose one day a week to work for themselves, but it wasn't meant to forbid working for God. No one would condemn a Rabbi for teaching scripture on the Sabbath, and that certainly counts as "work".

The Jewish religious authorities, however, passed laws making all sorts of things illegal on the Sabbath, such as walking more than a specified distance from your home, spitting on the ground and then rubbing it into the dirt, or even untying your animals from your barn. They took what was a blessing and turned it into a restriction.
