Most improved teams for me are the cowboys, browns, and lions. Regressing teams for me are the redskins, steelers, and saints

I agree with the ones you listed. It boggles my mind to know that the Lions have the #1 overall defense in the NFC and second overall in the NFL.

Cowboys and browns have surprised me
Steelers and Bucs I'm surprised how bad they are everyone who says they're old is a cop out

The Browns have shown the most improvement, in my opinion. Dallas is still an accident waiting to happen and Detroit is still a boy's club for degenerates, thugs and ghetto rats.
