Do you feel a "tight, intense pressure" feeling behind/below your eyes (or in rest of face) when you move your eyes in an upward direction"?

not normally no, but when i sit and close my eyes and concentrate really hard i do. But i have no trouble during everyday eye movements it is just when i am concentrating.It is more in the middle area of my forehead than where you say, but i do understand your question, it more feels like a dizzy or cotton wool feeling at the top of my head too.

I don't think so. A little tight at the forehead but not below/behind the eyes.
