im just wondering if Older Actors have a good legal case 'unforeseen technology driven profits' were not addressed or their original agreement. And who gets to keep these millions of dollars in JUST what Comcast Pays the studios.

Don't know mutch about it.
But whenever there's a re-release, or when a remastered edition appears, or when a "director's cut" is released, or when a movie appears on blu-ray for the first time, SALES GO UP IMMEDIATELY.
