I have a recipe for Hearts of Baltimore crab cakes made with hearts of palm and want to know what grouping of spices would similate Old Bay?

    There are several clone or copycat recipes online for Old Bay seasoning. Here is one. You can do an internet search for Old Bay copycat recipe or something similar to find more. Make sure to read any review or comments as they often provide helpful hits, such as the recipe might be a little too salty for some tastes and you can adjust accordingly.

    Thank you! I guess I googled it wrong- it kept coming up with recipes containing Old Bay AS an ingredient!
