Toshiba Satellite C55 shows BSOD.?
Purchased 9/2014. Was updated, etc. then stored for months after purchase. Was updated and TurboTax installed about 2 weeks ago. Then waiting for the necessary tax documents, so sitting, off, stored. Turned on today and got nothing. No recovery disk. Read about "restoring to factory settings" by turning on while plugged into AC and some said hit 0 not on num pad and hold; others said tap F8. Neither produced anything. Toshiba doesn't offer support past 90 days, so hoping someone who knows what's up would share that info. Thanks.
