What's up with Yahoo Customer Service?
The better half is having problems with here email. Plus she cannot log onto her Yahoo Account. We have tried all the Phone Numbers that we can possibly find and keep getting the message that the number has been disconnected. She has tried resetting her password and every time the security code is entered, it comes up as being an invalid code.
We have even tried to contact Yahoo Customer Support through my email account and still get nothing from Yahoo.

Yahoo no longer offers a public phone number. Do not be fooled by imposters claiming to represent Yahoo. Anyone who posts a phone number claiming to be Yahoo! Customer Care or Tech Support should be regarded as spam. These spam bots flood the boards with phone numbers to private and potentially untrustworthy companies. They may try to sell you products that you do not want or need, they will charge you for their services - Yahoo Customer Care is always FREE- or they may be hackers or spammers trying to steal your identity or account information.

If this is about temporary error 14, many people are also unable to access their mail due to this error. A (real) Yahoo staff member posted that they are aware of this and are trying to fix it.
